This means we have up to 12 business days to make/ package your order then it will be shipped. After that you can check tracking on your email / phone confirmation. If you have any shipping inquiries you must contact USPS or UPS so they can best serve you.
If order says "delivered" by carrier there is nothing Build Your Sanctuary is responsible for or can do, you must work with the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages you must work with the shipping provider.

Damages and issues
